Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor fellow teachers while delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will implement the center's curriculum, create a safe, nurturing classroom, and actively connect with families to support children’s growth.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of ECE experience, CDA or state trainer credentials, and a passion for helping kids thrive. Competitive hourly pay ranges with strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active CDA credential or eligibility for NAEYC candidacy.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Approved state trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers and community partners.
