Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor other teachers, implement the KinderCare curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with families to support each child's growth and collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.

Requirements include 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience, a CDA credential (or pursuing NAEYC candidacy), CPR/First Aid, and the ability to lift 40 pounds and

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center's success; collaborate with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
