KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor classroom staff, implement the center's curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment. You will partner with families to support children's development and work with center leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

This role values energetic, organised educators who collaborate to deliver high-quality care daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities required.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
