Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classrooms, implement our curriculum, and nurture confident, curious learners. You will lead and mentor less experienced teachers, partner with families, ensure safety, and support enrollment and accreditation goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers and community partners.
