Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers, fostering the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.

This role leads classroom management, implements curriculum, and stays current with licensing guidelines and company standards while building relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a preschool classroom and creating lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Comfort indoors or outdoors and active with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
