Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the development of preschool children and oversee classroom management and curriculum implementation.

You will also communicate with families to support the child’s achievement and the center’s success, while ensuring compliance with state requirements and center policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing guidelines are met.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
