Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote growth in preschool children and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation in line with licensing guidelines.

You will build strong relationships with families and participate in delivering a high-quality center experience. This role emphasizes professional growth and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate and build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
