Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire preschoolers and mentor fellow Teachers. You will create fun, interactive learning experiences and support families, guiding classroom activities and promoting growth.

This role requires leadership in the classroom, adherence to licensing guidelines, and collaboration with staff to ensure a positive, safe learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
