Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners across our programs. You’ll lead and mentor teachers, implement curriculum, and partner with families to ensure the best care and education.

With 2-3 years in Early Childhood Education (preferred) and a CDA credential (or pursuing), you’ll contribute to enrollment and engagement while building safe, nurturing environments. Range of pay listed: $16.85-$21.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple situations.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• English literacy: read, write, speak to communicate with children and families.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with respect to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success: enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
