Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor in a classroom, delivering our curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment. You will work closely with families and school staff to promote positive learning experiences for young children.

Ideal candidates have CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience, and a passion for helping families access high-quality child care. Competitive hourly pay with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
