KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor fellow teachers, deliver KinderCare's curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can play and learn. You will partner with parents, support enrollment goals, and collaborate with staff to drive engagement. Requirements include CDA or NAEYC candidacy, CPR/First Aid, and English proficiency.

16.85–21.60 USD/hour. State-specific qualifications must be met or pursued; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support each child’s development.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
