The Learning Experience – Worcester is hiring a Lead Teacher for our Early Childhood Education program. You will provide strong classroom leadership, guide teams, and implement our LEAP curriculum across multiple age groups.

The role requires leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to high-quality education aligned with MA licensing standards. Full-time,Mon-Fri with competitive pay and benefits. Join a supportive team in a busy center setting.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certification is required.
• Certification across multiple early childhood age groups strongly preferred.
• Professional experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting required.
• Strong classroom leadership and management skills.
• Dependable, flexible and comfortable supporting different classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support classrooms across the center based on daily needs
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Create developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Maintain strong classroom routines, organization, and positive guidance
• Support and mentor classroom teaching teams
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Maintain required classroom documentation
• Help ensure consistent educational quality throughout the center
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements

Location: The Learning Experience – Worcester, MA

Pay: $22 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Worcester is seeking a versatile Lead Teacher who can provide strong classroom leadership and support across our early childhood education program.

This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is comfortable working with multiple age groups and enjoys being someone the teaching team can count on. You'll lead engaging classroom experiences, support fellow educators, and help maintain consistent standards throughout the school.
