The Learning Experience - Worcester, MA is hiring a Lead Teacher for our early childhood programs. We welcome Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators and will place you according to your qualifications and strengths.

You will lead a high-quality classroom, plan developmentally appropriate lessons, implement our LEAP Curriculum, and partner with families while following Massachusetts EEC requirements. We offer health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, training, and career advancement

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as Lead Teacher.
• Infant-Toddler or Preschool experience welcomed.

• Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization.

Pay: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
