The Learning Experience – Worcester is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher with Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher certification to join our team. This role requires comfort working across age groups and leading classrooms with strong collaboration and impact.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support early childhood classrooms across age groups.

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

• Observe children's development and maintain required documentation.

Early Childhood Education Teacher – EEC Lead Certified

Location: The Learning Experience – Worcester, MA

Pay: $22 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Worcester is seeking an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team.

We're looking for an educator with Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher certification who is comfortable working across age groups and can bring strong classroom leadership wherever support is needed. This is a great opportunity for an experienced teacher who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making an impact throughout an early childhood center.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support early childhood classrooms across age groups

• Comfortable leading a classroom and supporting different age groups
• Dependable, flexible, organized, and team-oriented
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
