The Learning Experience - Worcester is hiring experienced Early Childhood Lead Teachers across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. Opportunities depend on EEC qualifications and center needs.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as Lead Teacher.
• Professional childcare experience in daycare/preschool.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engaging and developmentally appropriate classroom.
• Create meaningful experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands-on learning.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Support language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Establish positive classroom routines and use positive guidance.
• Observe children's development and maintain required documentation.
• Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers.
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
