The Learning Experience - Natick, MA is seeking qualified Lead Teachers to join our early childhood education team. We're open to Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators and will work to identify the classroom that best matches your qualifications, experience, strengths, and preferred age group.

You're an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher.
• Infant–Toddler or Preschool experience welcomed and considered.
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance.
• Observe and document children's development.
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers.
• Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
