Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor fellow educators in a dynamic early childhood program. You will implement our curriculum to support individual children's growth and create a safe, engaging classroom environment.

You will partner with families and staff to promote student success and center goals. Requirements include CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years ECE experience, and a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support child development and learning.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
