KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a classroom, model best practices in early childhood education, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children grow and learn.

You will partner with families, collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals, and deliver curriculum consistently while upholding the highest standards of care across our programs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum to meet each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by achieving enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
