Job summary

Blue Ribbon Results Academy seeks a classroom teacher to lead a group of children, partnering with an assistant to implement prepared lesson plans and follow the daily schedule. You will engage with students, manage activities, and coordinate daily operations while keeping the classroom organized and clean.

Job DescriptionAbout This RoleJob description:The classroom teacher is responsible for the care and education of a group of children, working as a lead teacher in partnership with an assistant. Together, both teachers implement prepared lesson plans, engage with and manage the students as they follow the daily schedule. Teachers also evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment and work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service. Our early childhood teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes as well as keeping their classroom organized and clean.
