Grow With Us Learning Academy in New York is seeking a Certified Lead Teacher to nurture young learners across developmental domains. You will create engaging weekly lesson plans, use diverse teaching methods, and communicate progress with families.

Qualifications

• Support a structured daily schedule that promotes routine and a positive classroom flow.
• Encourage positive interactions among children and help guide social-emotional development.
• Identify behavioral or developmental concerns and take appropriate steps to support each child’s needs.
• Assist with hygiene routines such as diapering, toileting, and handwashing following health and safety standards.
• Prepare and serve age-appropriate meals/snacks while following food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment at all times.
