Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. in Medford Township, NJ is hiring a Lead Teacher who will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation with a focus on licensing guidelines.

You will promote the growth of preschool children, build strong relationships with families, and ensure every day supports the center’s success. This role runs Monday through Friday with hourly compensation between $18.42 and $19.14 and full benefits for

• Ability to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.42-19.14 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
