Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom activities, mentor peers, and foster joyful, age-appropriate learning in a preschool setting.

The role emphasizes leadership in curriculum implementation, adherence to licensing guidelines, and strong communication with families to support child achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Pay $19.25 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
