Job summary

Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. in North-Central NC seeks a TASC Case Manager Supervisor to oversee TASC Care Managers across multiple counties. The role is office-based with travel, supporting regional operations from the Durham office.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s in social work or related field, with supervisory or director counseling experience preferred, and familiarity with NCASPPB requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (2 years) preferred or bachelor’s degree (4 years) in social work, human services, or related field.
• At Master’s level – minimum of 1 year providing director counseling and/or supervisory services in criminal justice/substance abuse services.
• At the Bachelor’s level, a minimum of 2 years of direct counseling services in criminal justice/substance abuse.

Responsibilities

• Direct programmatic activities for TASC and supervise staff.
• Oversee TASC staff on non-clinical matters across the designated area.
• Serve as main contact for staff and community partners daily.
• Participate in TASC Leadership Team and Justice Services Leadership Team meetings.
• Assist with intakes/assessments and care management during vacancies as needed.
• Aggregate and analyze caseload compliance and productivity data.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
