Job summary

Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. seeks a TASC Case Manager Supervisor to oversee our TASC Care Managers across multiple counties in North-Central NC. This office-based, travel-required role is full-time (40 hours/week) and based in the Durham area.

You will supervise staff, coordinate intakes and assessments as needed, and participate in leadership teams. A Master’s in social work or related field with supervisory experience is preferred, with BC/NCASPPB credentials a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field, with at least 1 year supervisory/director counseling experience in criminal justice/substance abuse (for Master’s).
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years direct counseling experience in criminal justice/substance abuse.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Preference given to NCASPPB registration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TASC staff on non-clinical matters across designated coverage area.
• Direct programmatic activities for Treatment Accountability for Safer Communities (TASC).
• Act as main daily contact for staff and community partners.
• Participate in TASC Leadership Team and Justice Services Leadership Team meetings.
• Assist with intakes/assessments and care management during vacancies or staff shortages.
• Aggregate and analyze caseload compliance and productivity data.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
