• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience.
• Experience with transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
• Ability to lead estimating team and bid processes

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for transmission, distribution and substation projects.
• Lead estimate review process with stakeholders.
• Coordinate bidding activities and train other estimators.
• Attend field walks and pre-bid meetings as required.
