Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for maintenance, repairs, modifications, setup and testing.
• Lead and mentor lower-level technicians when needed.
• Serve as customer contact on technical issues and deliver professional solutions.
• Troubleshoot equipment using drawings and documentation and perform repairs/modifications.
• Demonstrate, set up and adjust complex equipment for users or operators.
