You will lead a section of 8–15 systems engineers, hire and develop talent, manage performance, and balance resources across programs. The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement, with required active Top Secret/DoD access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in STEM with 7–9+ years of combined technical and management experience.
• Experience leading an engineering team or project.
• Active USG Top Secret clearance (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Lead a section of systems engineers (8–15 personnel).
• Oversee hiring, development, training, and retention of staff.
• Provide leadership and performance management across programs.
• Balance resources and resolve critical program/technical issues.
