This role emphasizes risk management, schedule adherence, and liaison work with both internal BUs and customers.

Responsibilities include leading a Systems Engineering section, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring staffing and training per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• US Citizenship with active Secret clearance and recent investigation within 6 years.
• Experience with the Sentinel Weapon System and program access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IFC 4.0 development across multiple Operating Units within CS.
• Mentor and manage a Functional Home Room of 8–12 engineers; drive staffing and performance.
• Provide strategic direction and regular status updates to Senior Leadership.
