Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager 2 to be located in Roy, UT. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
This position follows a 9/80 work schedule: nine-hour days Monday through Thursday with every other Friday off. A relocation package may be offered.
Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00
The salary range represents a general guideline; other factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, and market conditions are considered in offers. Depending on the position, overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus may apply. Long Term Incentives may be available for Vice President or Director roles. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, holiday pay, and PTO.
