Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer in Salt Lake City to drive ISR Networks programs from requirements through delivery and sustainment. Lead multiple programs like Global Hawk, Triton, Hawklink and P-8A with emphasis on system design, verification, and program leadership.

Responsibilities include defining system-level requirements, creating interface and block diagrams, and overseeing lab testing and EVMS-managed cost/schedule tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Other Engineering disiplines accepted with Systems Engineering Experience)
• 15+ years experience in Systems Engineering (or other related engineering diciplines)
• Experience working in Systems Engineering and with Engineering processes.
• Able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager and Program Engineer with Systems level technical support
• Define and verify System Level Requirements
• Work Product Documentation such as System and lower level specifications, Interface Control Documents, Block Diagrams, and Interconnect diagram
• Testing and Troubleshooting product in a lab environment
• Using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to mangage the Cost and Schedule of engineering tasking.
