Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience leading large cross-functional engineering efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of engineering programs.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance within commitments.
• Serve as primary interface among engineering PM, planning, and line management.
• Review project status, budgets, and schedules with clear reporting.
• Resolve issues to protect productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with resource managers for staffing and execution.
• Ensure reviews, decisions, and approvals occur on schedule.
• Lead large, complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Provide guidance and coaching across the organization.
