Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Subject Matter Expert—System Requirements Management to provide technical leadership across vehicle feature development. You will evaluate impacts, govern requirement changes, and ensure content quality upstream of design and validation activities.

You will translate customer and regulatory needs into robust system-level requirements, collaborate with Architecture and Design Engineering, and mentor a team of Requirements Engineers while promoting best practices

Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate understanding of requirement decomposition and allocation.
Candidates must understand requirement change management.
Candidates must show cross-functional system integration and technical impact assessment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate technical impacts of new vehicle features, feature modifications, and carry-over content.
Drive requirement reviews and release decisions; act as technical authority for RM content.
Translate needs into robust system-level requirements with MBSE influence.
Represent RM in client discussions and defend decisions; align stakeholders.
Lead a small team of Requirements Engineers and promote INCOSE practices.
