Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum of four years of experience; one year must include Electrified Powertrain System Engineering and DFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Support development of complex automotive systems across multiple domains.
• Lead definition, analysis, documentation, and validation of system and software requirements.
• Manage requirements development across subsystems and coordinate decomposition/allocation.
• Ensure requirements are clear, complete, testable, traceable, and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with system, software, hardware, and validation teams through the product lifecycle.
• Perform requirement impact analysis and support change management.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability between stakeholder needs, system/software requirements, and verification artifacts.
• Drive best practices in requirements engineering and support process improvements.
• Interface with stakeholders to clarify expectations and support engineering decisions.
• Travel and relocation to various U.S. locations as needed.
