You will translate customer and program needs into verifiable requirements and ensure they flow, are integrated, verified, and sustained across the full hardware lifecycle—from concept through qualification to fielded support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in turbine engine, turbomachinery, propulsion, or power-system design.
• Strong technical leadership across aerospace/defense programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead and authority across turbomachinery design teams.
• Lead cross-discipline decisions and ensure system-level requirements flow down.
• Translate customer needs into actionable engineering direction.
• Drive verification, integration, and field support activities.
• Mentor engineers in disciplined systems engineering practices.
