Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Manager of Systems Engineering for the Build and Automation team. The role focuses on coordinating build activities in restricted regions, acting as the liaison between build engineers and commercial service teams, and driving automation and compliance in classified environments.

You will collaborate to resolve complex issues, conduct RCAs, and transition findings to the Global Solutions team, while automating recurring build issue detection and resolution and improving

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
2+ years of experience managing a team in a restricted environment.
Systems engineering experience in enterprise-scale internet service engineering or related support role.

Responsibilities

Coordinate build activities in restricted regions and liaise between build engineers and commercial service teams.
Collaborate to resolve complex issues, drive RCAs, and transition findings to the Global Solutions team.
Automate detection and resolution of recurring build issues and identify opportunities to improve processes in restricted environments.
Ensure all work aligns with internal compliance policies and assist with technical proposals for new opportunities.
