You will mentor others, lead design reviews, and drive sustainable operations across the organization. The role emphasizes autonomy on strategic projects and collaboration across teams, with a focus on resiliency, automation, and efficiency in large-scale infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience programming with modern languages (Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust).
• Experience with Linux/Unix.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technology solutions and architectures that solve complex problems, decomposing challenges into incremental tasks.
• Lead projects to improve engineering and operations processes across teams, setting standards for operational excellence.
• Identify failure points, develop metrics to monitor performance, and resolve risks before impacting customers.
• Partner with team leaders to develop technical strategy and review architecture, design, and post-incident analyses.
• Write maintainable code and build accessible systems while mentoring engineers.
