Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer at Redstone Arsenal, AL to provide systems engineering and interoperability support for THAAD with international partners. The role supports the THAAD program under Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, and requires active Secret clearance and strong DoD program experience.

The candidate will collaborate across government and contractor teams, lead design reviews, and help drive technical solutions in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred at this level.
• 10+ years of related professional experience; experience with THAAD.
• Active Secret clearance; pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems and interoperability engineering for THAAD with international partners.
• Assist Engineering Lead with managing technical aspects of force design work.
• Attend data link conferences and coordinate on TD architecture.
• Coordinate with Government and contractors on technical efforts.
• Identify deficiencies and propose fixes for design reviews.
• Document technical findings for senior decision makers.
• Participate in regular force design meetings and exchanges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
