Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises seeks a Lead Systems Engineer to support THAAD MDA FMS cases in Huntsville, AL. You will deliver systems engineering and interoperability guidance, coordinate with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UAE THAAD leads, and lead force design activities with government and contractor teams.

The role requires a Master’s in STEM with 12+ years missile defense or major DoD program experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in system engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM and 12+ years on missile defense-related or large DoD program
• At least 10 years of related professional experience
• Technical understanding and experience with THAAD

Responsibilities

• Deliver systems and interoperability engineering, analysis, and guidance for THAAD with international partners
• Assist Engineering Lead with managing technical aspects of force design work
• Support international Tactical Data Link Architecture and data link conferences
• Coordinate force design efforts with external agencies and stakeholders
• Identify deficiencies and provide options to fix them
• Document technical findings for senior decision makers
• Participate in force design meetings and exchanges
