Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Lead Systems Engineer to guide the technical design, development, integration and testing for propulsion systems and vertical takeoff and landing (VTVL) vehicles.

Hybrid onsite in Mojave, collaborating with engineering teams across disciplines. The ideal candidate has hands-on hardware experience, strong leadership, and a background in launch vehicle missions.

Qualifications

• Experience in liquid propellant rocket propulsion, avionics/electronics, software/embedded systems, or systems integration.
• Hands-on hardware experience across design, development, manufacturing, testing, and operations.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, integration and testing for propulsion systems and VTVL vehicles.
• Create operation concepts, requirements, design configurations and budgets; perform risk mitigation and trade studies.
• Prepare technical docs, reports and present findings to partners and customers; support proposals.
