Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 9+ years for Senior level; 14+ years for Lead level; 20+ years for Principal level.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development on RF theory, DSP, and radar concepts.
• Develop algorithms for radar signal processing (Kalman filtering, probabilistic modeling).
• Design algorithms to process signal returns and track targets through mission timeline.
• Define system performance requirements and interface definitions across seeker and missile architecture.
• Mentor early-career engineers and DSP/algorithm engineers.
