The role emphasizes integration and test (I&T) to verify performance across hardware, software and networks. Responsibilities include planning and executing systems integration activities, developing test strategies, and ensuring requirements traceability.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in systems engineering lifecycle, integration and test.
• Familiarity with DOORS, Jama or similar requirements tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead life-cycle support from concept through product phase-out.
• Plan and execute systems integration activities and test strategies.
• Capture, decompose and trace requirements across hardware, software and networks.
• Prepare technical specifications, interface control documents, and test procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage subcontracts when needed.
• Travel 20–40% to customer and subcontractor sites for meetings and verification.
