Responsibilities

• Define, trace and maintain test process requirements.
• Create and maintain test procedures.
• Improve test yield through root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Produce technical information for Operations.
• Ensure overall technical performance for Test Engineering.
• Collaborate to transition products from design to production.
• Support product life cycle management and project management for Test Engineering.
• Mentor engineers with less experience.
• Provide input to organizational vision and external discussions.
• Evaluate contract manufacturers' capabilities.
