The role requires 9+ years of related experience or 7+ years with a graduate degree, and active DoD Secret clearance on day 1. Occasional travel and security responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field with 9+ years of relevant experience; Graduate Degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years in lieu of degree.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required on day 1, for U.S. citizenship.
• Preferred: experience in project engineering, systems engineering, sustainment engineering, and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical execution for sustainment of fielded mission networks and LOS communications systems.
• Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and repair-cycle recovery.
• Translate customer needs and field feedback into actionable technical plans and tasks.
• Coordinate engineering, integration & test, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management activities.
• Support maintenance, verification, regression testing, and field support for fielded systems.
• Manage risks, issues, schedules, and sustainment metrics; communicate status to leadership and customers.
• Ensure engineering changes are evaluated, documented, and verified per process.
