Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering tasks across projects.
• Manage requirements analysis and traceability to customer specifications and system-level requirements.
• Develop design documentation including technical specifications and interface control documents.
• Ensure technical performance, quality, and adherence to policies.
• Develop and present project design reviews for internal and external audiences.
• Assist in project schedule, budget planning, and subcontract control.
• Lead or assist system integration, verification, and qualification events.
• Participate in RFI/RFP activities and capability demonstrations.
