Job summary

You will collaborate with Design and Systems Engineering and mentor engineers while ensuring robust test procedures and production readiness. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or a graduate degree with 2+ years, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 4 years of relevant experience; graduate degree with at least 2 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, trace and maintain test process requirements.
• Create and maintain test procedures.
• Improve test yield through root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Create product-related technical information to support Operations.
• Ensure overall technical performance for Test Engineering developments.
• Collaborate with Engineering to transition products from design to production.
• Provide input to product lifecycle management and engineering to support projects.
