Job summary

Donatech Corporation seeks a Systems Engineer/SEIT with MBSE expertise to lead documentation, verification and system design activities in a DoD contracting environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 4+ years of SEIT experience, DoD Secret clearance, and US citizenship. You will work within integrated product teams, using DOORS, UML and SysML, and engage in risk/cost analyses throughout development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline required.
• DoD Secret clearance required.
• Minimum 4 years related experience in SEIT and product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical documentation including test procedures, reports, architectures, designs, and implementations.
• Perform formal verification, qualification, and validation testing.
• Lead small teams to complete tasks on time and budget.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in system requirements analysis, architecture, and design across lifecycle phases.
• Apply DOORS, UML, SysML in system engineering practices and MBSE.
• Contribute to milestones, gate reviews, and cost/risk analyses.
• Maintain standards compliance.
