Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to drive the technical direction for the Tactical Recon & Strike division. You will lead cross-functional teams through safety-critical development, SHAs, FME(C)As and verification activities, shaping architecture and system requirements for mission-critical hardware and software.

The role requires strong problem-solving, ownership, and travel up to 25%. U.S. security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with safety-critical development standards and verification strategies.
• Proven ability to own tasks from start to closure.
• Experience writing system-level and software/hardware requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive systems thinking and capabilities for core Anduril products.
• Collaborate with product leads to scope and deliver capabilities.
• Drive architectural design for safety, reliability and usability.
• Lead risk reduction and verification strategies for systems and subsystems.
• Coordinate test events from simulations to field tests.
• Apply industry standards for safety and interoperability.
