Carrier seeks a Senior Systems Engineer in Fort Worth to lead cross-functional development of complex chiller systems. You will define system-level requirements, guide product changes, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure robust performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and technical excellence in HVAC applications, with travel up to 10% and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional systems engineering experience
• Masters degree and 5+ years of professional systems engineering experience
• Experience in a new product development, service and/or aftermarket space
• HVAC industry experience
• Six Sigma Certification
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manages several components of a complex project or all components of a smaller project
• Work cross-functionally with the organization to effectively introduce and support the chillers through their life cycle
• Provide technical support for activities including quality escapes, non-conformances, turnbacks, and production disruptions
• Defines chiller system level requirements with minimal supervision
• Ensures product changes adhere to design standards, documented, validated, and released in accordance with company processes
• Confirm product performance, capability and reliability utilizing system modeling and applicable test methodologies
• Travel up to 10%
