Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field with HVAC experience.
- Minimum 5–7 years in HVAC product design or equivalent.
- Experience leading new product development and sustaining engineering.
Responsibilities
- Thermodynamic modeling and optimization of chiller systems.
- Collaborate across service, operations, and marketing to launch designs.
- Develop system architecture meeting development requirements.
- Validate performance and reliability in engineering tests labs.
- Prepare phased gate/process materials for senior leadership.
- Ensure design safety and adherence to standards across programs.
- Work toward component commonality to reduce design errors.
