Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• 7–10 years related industry experience.
• Experience leading programs using systems engineering tools and best practices.
• Decomposing customer/marketing requirements into multidisciplinary engineering requirements.
• Experience with aviation or regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and provide technical leadership to aerospace projects.
• Lead requirement capture and management across mechanical and electrical teams.
• Interface with customers during project initiation to architect subsystems.
• Define and manage system/subsystem interface control documents and requirements in SysML.
• Coordinate Certification and ODA efforts and tasks for timely closure of STC projects.
• Oversee testing activities and contribute to verification planning.
• Support with budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Interface with suppliers and customers to align on project goals.
